About us

We build the software and staff the people who run it.

That combination is unusual, and it's deliberate. It's also the reason our roadmap is shaped by people using the product on real accounts every day.

What we're doing

Marketing software has a handoff problem.

Vendors ship features and leave implementation to whoever bought them. Agencies rent tools they can't change. Both models leave the same gap, and it's the gap where most marketing programmes quietly stall. We closed it by doing both jobs under one roof.

How we work

Four things we hold to

Ship, then judge

Opinions about a campaign are worth less than two weeks of data. We get things live and let the numbers settle the argument.

One platform, not a stack

Every module shares the same data. We'd rather deepen one system than ship a second tool that needs syncing to the first.

Clients own everything

Accounts, data, domains and audiences stay with the client. If we're not adding value, leaving should be easy.

Operators write the roadmap

The people running client accounts file the feature requests. Nothing gets built because it demos well.

The story

How we ended up here

Where it started

On-site personalisation, then everything else

The first product answered a narrow question: what should this specific visitor see right now? Answering it properly meant collecting behaviour, geography, traffic source and purchase history — and once that data existed, every other channel wanted to use it.

What changed

Customers kept asking for the next module

Email, then SMS and WhatsApp, then ads, then a CRM to hold the leads all of it produced. Each was added because someone was already exporting data to a separate tool to do it, and that export was where things broke.

Where we are

A platform, and a team who lives in it

Managed services started because customers asked us to run what we'd built. It turned out to be the best product feedback loop we have: nothing survives contact with an operator who has to use it every morning.

Early enough that your work still shows.

The platform is broad but young. Most of what it will be in three years hasn't been built yet, and the people joining now are the ones who'll decide what it becomes.
